Online Abstract Submissions – Now Accepting Abstracts!
Application Process: Submit a 150-word abstract explaining how your innovative solution(s) would benefit attendees. Your application must include a presentation title up to 60 characters, target market, and speaker details.
Selection Process: Innovation Stage is only open to exhibitors. A panel of industry experts will choose presentations via a competitive vetting process. You will be notified and invoiced upon approval. The full payment is due within 2 weeks of the approval and is non-refundable.

- Final review period ends: January 5, 2024
Cost: $2,995 per accepted presentation
*All accepted applicants agree to submit a pre-recorded presentation video file, to be aired at the time of your live presentation. Recording and editing assistance will be provided by PMMI, if needed by the exhibitor, but is highly encouraged to do on your own. Your pre-recorded presentation needs to be delivered to PMMI no later than February 23.
Should the exhibitor cancel their booth space for PACK EXPO East 2024, their Innovation Stage session(s) will be cancelled. Please note that all sessions are non-refundable.
