Additional services for storing exhibit materials that may need to be accessed during the event and that cannot be stored within the booth.

All Bills of Lading (BOL) must contain this information before they can be accepted for driver check-in. Certified weight tickets will be required.

Any bulk trash left in your booth will incur a removal charge.

Union labor and/or official contractors are required for certain aspects of your exhibit handling. Please review the Exhibitor and Official Service Contractor Information and Union Jurisdiction Rules to aid in a smooth and efficient move-in and move-out.

Order early to receive discount pricing and your floor selection. Contact PACK EXPO Services at pes.service@packexposervices.com if you do not see your booth size listed under Standard Carpet.

All materials and plants available on a rental basis only, except for cut flower arrangements.

Information on advance planning, machinery skids removal, and on-site execution. Forklift equipment is not required for unloading and loading your trucks.

View furniture and accessories rental catalog. Any custom furniture items ordered less than 2 weeks prior to exhibitor move-in are not guaranteed to be in stock and/or available.

Order by the discount deadline to receive the advance rate. Please adhere to the setback rules listed in the Show Rules and Regulations when ordering your showcases.

Any logo or graphics facing a neighboring exhibit (including a neighbor behind you) must be set back at least 10’ from the adjacent booth(s).

Exhibiting companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance to PMMI that meet the insurance coverage requirements.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the exhibit hall. If you plan to demonstrate or present products in your booth, a hard-wired internet service should be ordered.

All vehicles, including cars, with materials for delivery, must check-in at the marshalling yard.

Material handling (drayage) is the process of receiving your materials or equipment either at the advanced warehouse before the show or at show site.

An authorized Credit Card MUST be on file with PACK EXPO Services before any goods or services are rendered regardless of your method of payment.

The Rules & Regulations are an integral and binding part of the show and exhibitor contract.

PACK EXPO Services can accept art created with ADOBE Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Final approval of graphic proof must be received by the deadline date or expedite fees will apply.

Each rental includes header, lights, installation and dismantle labor. You pay no design, shipping, or material handling fees. Designer versions include custom graphics.
