PACK EXPO East’s convenient location makes it easy for you and your team to get a full PACK EXPO experience without the added time or cost of long-distance travel. With hotels, restaurants and transportation options close to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, planning your trip to Philly is simple and convenient.
Reserve your PACK EXPO East accommodations at special discounted rates through Expovision - the only official housing partner for the show.
Booking through the official hotel reservation office helps protect your reservation, requires no deposit at the time of booking and allows you to collect *loyalty reward points all while staying at a hotel close to the convention center.
*Hotel loyalty program rules and requirements vary by hotel and are subject to change without notice.
Third-party room brokers may falsely claim affiliation with the show and demand full prepayment for hotel reservations. PMMI has received reports of unofficial hotel brokers offering discounts on space rates if you book your reservations through them. Please be advised that your hotel booking is in no way tied to your space reservation at the show and that Expovision is the only authorized vendor for hotel bookings at PACK EXPO events. You can book your hotel reservation with Expovision beginning in April 2027.
Expovision can be reached by phone at 866.523.0877 or email at packexpohotels@expovision.com.
