Registration is located on the 200 level, bridge outside of halls A& B. To pick up exhibitor badges, please bring your registration confirmation email including the QR code to print an exhibitor badge.
If you require booth cleaning, vacuuming, or porter services, please visit the Service Center or text us EXPO to 972-521-3035, and we can assist you with placing a cleaning order. Please note that unless cleaning services are requested, your booth will not be cleaned the evening before the show opens. Employees of the exhibiting company are allowed to clean and vacuum their own booths however, Exhibitor Appointed Contractors(EAC) are not permitted to use vacuums or floor cleaning equipment on the floor.

All exhibitors must adhere to their target move-in and move-out dates. Inbound target dates and times are for check in to the Marshalling Yard only. Actual unloading could take hours. Target dates apply to machinery and display materials only. For more information on target dates, please refer to the following schedules for your target date:
During Move-in and Move-out days, exhibitors can access the halls from 7:00 am - 7:00pm. On show days, Exhibitors can access the halls at 7:00 am. Exhibitors are permitted to work in their booth any day after their target date & time to complete setup. Booths must be completed by 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 17.
For your convenience, Lead Retrieval Services are located next to the PES Service Center in hall C near booth 416.
The PMMI member/Exhibitor Lounge, sponsored by Hoosier Feeder Company is located in room 204B. This lounge provides all PMMI Members and exhibitors with a convenient place to discuss private business or just relax.
This lounge has semi-private meeting space available that can accommodate up to 10 people, which can be reserved onsite in the lounge with the concierge. If you have any questions regarding these lounges, please email Emma Speilvogel, Trade Show Assistant, at espielvogel@pmmi.org.

All vehicles delivering booth materials, freight, and products to The Pennsylvania Convention Center must first check in at the Marshalling Yard, located on Bluegrass Road just off E. Roosevelt Blvd. Please refer to the Marshalling Yard Directions sheet for directions and instructions.
Start Planning your Outbound process now. For a streamlined and easy move-out, enter your outbound shipping information online through the Exhibitor Resource Center. A completed Material Handling Agreement is required for each outbound shipment. If your booth has separate final destinations, you will need to fill out multiple MHA's. To avoid delays, submit this information before the last day of the show.
Follow these steps to submit your Material Handling Agreement online:
If the outbound shipping information is entered by you prior to the last day of the show, and you have a zero balance, your MHA and pre-printed shipping label(s) will be delivered to your booth on the last day of the show. Your Material Handling Agreement must be returned to the PES Exhibitor Service Center. Do not leave it in your booth.

The Exhibitor Service Center is located in exhibit Hall C near booth 400.
Customer Service Managers (CSMs) are stationed at the above service center and will be glad to assist you with placing orders for all show services. You may also reach the PES Service Center by texting EXPO to 972-521-3035.
Exhibits must be installed according to the specifications outlined in the Show Rules & Regulations.
For Emergency Services (medical or security) please immediately dial PCC Customer Safety at 215-418-4911. Please be aware of your surroundings as you are in an active work zone. Look for obstacles, machinery, and equipment that are in use as well as scooters and forklifts since the drivers may not be able to see you. Stay clear of dock areas, trucks, and trailers. As per the Philadelphia Convention Center, no one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor during move-in and move-out.
Lost and Found is located in the Show Management Office, Room 201A.
All machinery and materials must be uncrated, and empties must be placed in the aisles by 1:00pm on Sunday, March 17.
VISQUEEN REMOVAL (protective covering for carpet) It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to remove any visqueen and place it in the aisles by 1:00pm on Sunday, March 17. Any visqueen not removed by 1:00pm will be removed by the cleaning crew, and this cost will be billed to the exhibiting company. You can order visqueen removal at the service center.
Empty labels are available for pick up in the Exhibitor Service Center. Labels will also be available from the Floor Service Rep and Floor Managers.
PES Floor Service Reps (FSRs): Patrol the show floor, confirming delivery of PACK EXPO Services (PES) provided items and can also assist with questions or concerns regarding orders. The FSRs can also be contacted through the text program. They wear black blue shirts with PES logos.
PMMI Floor Managers – Show Management has assigned Floor Managers to assist exhibitors and to ensure that all exhibitors follow the rules and regulations of the show. Floor Manager desks will be at the front of hall A (near booth #1901) and hall C (near booth #401). During set-up and tear-down they will be throughout the exhibit hall, wearing red polo shirts for identification.
Concessions are located in Halls A, B, and C and are open 10:00 am to 2:00 pm daily. Saxbys is located outside the Exhibit Hall and will be open daily 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please note, concessions are not open during set-up days.
Please note small package carries do NOT come onto the show floor. Exhibitors can take their packages to the UPS Store located on the 200 level between Exhibit Halls B and C. It is open daily from 9am to 6pm.
Electrical and Plumbing desks. Exhibitors may go to the PES Service Center to request final hookups for your machines and ask specific utility related questions. New Orders for electrical services must also be submitted at the service center. As floor plans are required for most utility services, be prepared to share this information before submitting your onsite request.
When ready for a final hookup, the exhibitor must be present. Hookups may be requested at the PES Service Center on the show floor. Please be patient with hookup requests as many of these happen on the last day or two before the show opens. Technicians will respond to these requests as soon as possible.
Utility - Rollover Labor. If you need to bring back electricians the following day to complete a project or to avoid overtime charges, you must schedule the rollover labor needed at the PES Service Center by 2:30pm the day before. Labor will not be automatically dispatched back to a booth to complete an open ticket. if you have questions concerning roll-over labor needs, please stop by the Service Desk.
