The Exhibitor Resource Center is your online portal where you can plan and execute many of the tasks you need to complete before the show. You’ll come back to this resource often, so be sure to bookmark the page in your favorite browser!
How to log into your profile
To log into your Exhibitor Resource Center profile as the primary show contact:
- 1. Navigate to packexpoeast.com.
2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, select Login, then Exhibitor Login. If this is your first time logging in, enter your email, then Continue.
Hint: Bookmark this page for future reference!

- 3. Select Forgot Password to receive an email to set up your new login credentials. After setting up your new credentials, you will be able to log in as normal.

- Note: Login credentials do not transfer from show to show, so you will need to set up a new login for every show.

Update Your Online Listing
Your online listing is your company’s digital profile to showcase your products and services to attendees. This information is pulled into the Exhibitor Directory, so it's important to complete every section.

Exhibitor Service Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual is your digital catalog where you can order booth services/labor, register your EAC or third party, complete your Material Handling Agreement (MHA), and more. Navigate to the Exhibitor Service Manual tile in the Exhibitor Resource Center to start ordering.
Exhibitor Registration
Use the Exhibitor Registration in the Exhibitor Resource Center to register your booth personnel and order Lead Retrieval devices. Register your staff by January 23, 2026, for free! Any registrations after this date will incur a $15 fee. Badges will not be mailed and can be picked up onsite at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the registration areas.
Note: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
