Visitors viewing the Innovation Stage schedule on packexpoeast.com will see your company’s name and presentation title and will be encouraged to add your session to their online planner.

Innovation Stage is promoted in direct mail and email communications with attendees and prospects.

Registered attendees receive emails directing them to the full Innovation Stage schedule.

During the show

Daily emails to attendees that direct attention to the educational sessions schedule online.

Prominent on-site signage directing attendees to the stage.

After the show

You will receive contact information for all presentation attendees to follow up with.

With your permission, a PDF version of the PowerPoint presentation will be posted on the show website with your contact details for attendees to access.

Application process

Complete the online application form which includes submitting a 150-word abstract explaining how your innovative solution(s) would benefit attendees.

Your application must include:

A presentation title
Speaker information
Target vertical markets

Selection process

The Innovation Stage is only open to exhibitors. A panel of industry experts will choose presentations via a competitive vetting process. You will be notified and invoiced upon approval. The full payment is due within 2 weeks of the approval and is non-refundable.

First review period ends:

November 6, 2025

Final review period ends:

December 4, 2025

Cost:

$3,495 per accepted presentation

*Should the exhibitor cancel their booth space for PACK EXPO East 2026, their Innovation Stage session(s) will be canceled. Please note that all sessions are non-refundable.
