Advance Warehouse Information

As the official Service Contractor, PACK EXPO Services is the exclusive service provider for freight services. Material Handling is the unloading of your materials, delivery to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your booth for reloading onto your outbound carrier. There are two options for shipping your freight: To the advance warehouse (see below for rate information) or directly to show site (included in drayage package). Drayage is included in your space rate; you do not need to order labor to load and unload your trucks. It should not be confused with shipping which is the cost to transport your exhibit material to and from the facility.

Advanced Warehouse charges will be automatically applied to your account upon receipt of each shipment.

Target dates cannot be changed once freight is received at the warehouse.

Advance Warehouse Rates

Received January 5, 2026 - February 4, 2026: $0.40/ Pound ($400.00 minimum)

‍^{(Shipments received after February 4, 2026 are not guaranteed to be delivered on your target date and will be subject to a late of $1.00 per pound with a $1,000.00 minimum).}
