Audio/Visual Service

Prices include equipment, delivery, and pick up from the booth at the end of the show. Please provide onsite contact name, cell phone number, date and time of delivery when ordering online. Additional labor applies for changes after initial delivery.


• A service charge of 30% ($150.00 minimum) will apply to all orders.


• If order is placed within 24 hours of show opening there is an additional 25% fee.


• Electrical is NOT included and must be ordered separately online.


• Cancellations made less than 10 days before move-in will incur a 100% charge.


• Audio Visual and Computer equipment deliveries will begin on February 13, 2026 at 10:00am, and will be fulfilled according to time and dates supplied when you place your order. A representative from your company must be in the booth to sign for the delivery of your items. In the event that a representative is not present when your items are scheduled for delivery, additional labor charges may apply for redelivery of the equipment.


• Labor to wall mount monitors is available and should be ordered as Booth Labor with a comment indicating labor is for wall mounting a monitor.
