Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration

Exhibitors who choose to utilize an EAC and/or any third-party independent contractor or subcontractor must complete the EAC/Third Party Registration process by January 7, 2026. Exhibitors must complete the EAC Registration Form. EACs may not register themselves.

To register your EAC and/or Third-Party Vendor, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Exhibitor must login and complete the Third Party Authorization Form. Once the form is complete, click the red “Submit” button at top right of the page. Note: Exhibitor must be logged into their account or they will be prompted to do so to submit).

Step 2: Exhibitor should share the EAC Requirements and Forms with their appointed EAC after the exhibitor has completed the Third Party Authorization Form. Please note an exhibitor signature is required on this form.

Step 3: EAC must then do the following:

•   Complete required information in the EAC Requirements and Forms.

•   Email the completed form and an official copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI) to PES.Service@packexposervices.com.

EACs will not be allowed to work on the show floor without a COI that meets show requirements on file (to be completed by the EAC).

Helpful Tips:

•       Make sure you choose whether the vendor you are working with will be acting as an EAC only; a 3rd Party only; or as both an EAC and a 3rd Party.

•       If the vendor is acting as an EAC, indicate all services that the EAC will be providing on the show floor by filling out the information on the lines provided.

If the vendor is acting as a 3rd Party (or a 3rd Party and EAC combined), please check the service boxes for which the vendor (3rd party) will be ordering and paying.

•       COI documentation is only required for EAC and for those that are both acting as both a 3rd Party and EAC.

If 3rd-Party is only paying for services and will not have a presence on the show floor, a COI is not required
