Hanging Sign Information

Hanging Sign Instructions:

1. Start the approval process by submitting the intent to hang a sign line item.
2. Review the Engineering Stamp FAQ
3. Complete and submit the following no later than December 15, 2025:
              • Structural Integrity and Hanging Sign Information forms
               • Upload all diagrams and assembly instructions online. Diagrams must include the following:
                          • Hang point locations
                          • Height above the floor of each point
                           • Weight that will be suspended from each point
                           • Exhibit plan showing the location of hanging points and the structure as it pertains to the exhibit plan.
                           • If any hang point supports over 200lbs., notify PES immediately for approval.
4. Order hanging sign labor no later than January 7, 2026.
