All vehicles, including cars, with materials for delivery, must check-in at the marshalling yard.

Check-In (EXHIBITORS: PLEASE INFORM YOUR CARRIERS)
- Targeted shipments should check-in at least 2-hours prior to appointed time.
- Shipments for multiple halls should not be combined on one truck. Any truck arriving with shipments for multiple halls will be delayed.
- All trucks must check-in by 2:00 pm on their target day.
- Late Driver Check-In: Drivers checking in after 2:00 pm are not guaranteed straight time rates
Marshalling staff hours - 4:00AM - 2:00PM
- NOTE: For break of show on February 19, 2026, hours will be 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Drivers
that have signed in and matched to exhibitor Material Handling Agreements (MHAs) will be
dispatched that night.

If the driver does not have a document with sufficient information describing the shipment(s), they will be delayed
until we attain the proper information.
Important: Exhibitors with a target of Sunday, February 22, 2026 must be checked in by 9:00am. If check-in is late, PACK EXPO Services will reroute the shipment with a carrier of PACK EXPO Services’ choice at the exhibitor’s expense.
