- All exhibits must be fully installed by Monday, February 16, 2026 at 12:00pm. If the installation of an exhibit has not started by 12:00 pm on Monday, February 16, Show Management reserves the right to authorize PACK EXPO Services to begin the installation process at the exhibitor’s expense.
- All Plastic Carpet Protection must be removed by 1:00 pm, Monday, February 16, 2026. If not removed, Show Management reserves the right to authorize PACK EXPO Services to remove the Plastic Carpet Protection at the exhibitor’s expense. To order Plastic Carpet Protection removal, please log in to Exhibitor Resource Center to place your order under cleaning.
- During move-in exhibitors are allowed entry to the hall at 7:00am and may work in booth until 7:00pm.
