“Suitcasing” refers to the practice of attending a trade show and soliciting business from other attendees and exhibitors in the aisles or public space. For the good of the show and the exhibitors supporting the show, the only legitimate place to conduct business during Show hours is within a contracted exhibit space on the show floor. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to protect their investment and report any violations to Show Management.

If you sell a product or service and are interested in promotion, please contract for a booth space. For information on exhibiting please visit packexpoeast.com/exhibiting.
  • How can I become an exhibitor at PACK EXPO East 2026?
