- What are the show dates?
Monday, March 21 – Wednesday, March 23, 2022
- How do I book a hotel?
Our hotel reservation system will open in Fall 2021, offering discount rates for show participants when you book through our website. Expovision is the official Hotel Reservation Office for PACK EXPO East. You will be able to access their reservations system via the Travel + Hotel page of this website (coming in Fall 2021). Please be aware of unofficial housing vendors and scams.
- How can I become an Exhibitor at PACK EXPO East?
Submit your application by March 15 to be included in priority space selection, which will take place in early April. Once priority space selection has been completed, booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To start your application, go to Reserve My Booth.
- What is the cost per square foot to exhibit?
The base rate is $31.25 per square foot. PMMI member space rates vary. If you are a PMMI Member and would like to know your space rate, please call 571.612.3200.
Drayage/material handling is included in your space rate provided your shipment/truck checks in at the Pennsylvania Convention Center by 2:00 pm on your assigned target move-in date. - What is drayage?
Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, etc., off the exhibitor’s truck at the dock to the exhibitor’s booth and back to the dock to be loaded back onto the truck. This is included in the price of the exhibitor’s booth space.
- What is the payment schedule for booth space?
A nonrefundable 25% deposit should accompany your Exhibit Space Application. An additional 50% payment is due by August 27, 2021. Final payment is due November 19, 2021. If you have any questions about payment for your booth space, you can contact Dorine Cole at [email protected] or 571.612.3200.
- How can I improve my priority point standing?
Each exhibitor is assigned a priority point for space selection. PACK EXPO East, PACK EXPO International, PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO hold separate priority standings. By exhibiting continuously, and those ahead of you in priority not exhibiting, an exhibitor begins to move up the priority point system. Choosing not to exhibit at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, Healthcare Packaging EXPO or PACK EXPO International does not affect your PACK EXPO East priority.
- What are the height regulations?
Booths that are 599 sq. ft. and under have a maximum 12’ height restriction (no hanging signs permitted), booths 600-1499 sq. ft. have a maximum 14’ height restriction and booths 1500 sq. ft. and over have a maximum 18’ height restriction. - How many complimentary booth personnel badges do we receive?
Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary booth personnel badge for every 75 sq. ft. of contracted space or fraction thereof. E.g., 100 sq. ft. = 2 badges, 200 sq. ft. = 3 badges, etc.
- What is my Exhibitor Dashboard login ID?
The Exhibitor (Show) Contact for your company will receive an email with an ID and a password to log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard. If you have not received this password or are having trouble logging in, please have the show contact call the PMMI Show Department at 571-612-3200 or email [email protected]. Passwords can only be given out to the Show Contact on file.
- How do I populate my company information for inclusion in the online directory?
Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard (available fall 2021). The online Exhibitor Search is the directory for the show. As an exhibitor, you are automatically included in the online directory (Exhibitor Search) and the printed Show Guide. The PACK EXPO East Show Guide lists only exhibiting company names and booth numbers. All other information you wish to convey to attendees about your company should be in your online company profile.
Login information will be sent to the Exhibitor (Show) Contact. Once you have received the ID & Password, you can log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and begin populating your company description, vertical markets, product categories and more.

- What is the cancellation policy?
Your 25% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. For cancellations received after August 27, 2021 and before November 19, 2021, the exhibitor will forfeit any monies paid to date up to 75% of the total booth cost, with a maximum forfeiture of $10,000*. For cancellations received after November 19, 2021, exhibitor is obligated to pay the total cost of space assigned.
*Payments made above the $10,000 forfeiture fee will be reserved as a credit towards a future show within 24 months. In the event that the exhibitor does not participate in a PACK EXPO/PMMI show within 24 months, the credit will be forfeited.
